Your talent pool and your CRM
Your team's talent base and your agency's sales funnel. What you build stays, and it's free.
What you build in Reclee stays: the people you found, what you know about them and the clients who ask you to fill roles. The talent pool and the CRM are free on every plan. The only thing that spends is bringing in data from outside: a LinkedIn profile, a contact or reading a CV.
The talent pool
It's your team's talent base. You'll find it in the sidebar, in the company group.
What goes in
| How it gets in | What it needs | What it spends |
|---|---|---|
| Sourcing | Nothing: every profile it brings goes in by itself | Whatever sourcing spends |
| Quick search, from the chat | Nothing: every page it brings goes in by itself | AI usage |
| Paste a LinkedIn | The link, in the box at the top. You can paste several at once | AI usage per new profile. The Owner and Recruiters do it |
| Upload CVs | PDF or DOCX, up to 100 at a time. It keeps going if you close the tab | AI usage |
| Import a spreadsheet | CSV or XLSX. Each row with a name and an email or LinkedIn. The first 300 go in | Nothing |
| Manual entry | A name and an email or LinkedIn | Nothing |
All the options are under Add talent. If someone was already there, Reclee tells you instead of duplicating them; the CV of someone who was already there becomes a new version of their profile.
Search
The search box needs every word to appear in the name, title, company, location or tags. For skills, languages, years of experience and the rest, use the filters.
A person's profile
Each person has two profiles, which never mix:
| Profile | What it is |
|---|---|
| Public | The LinkedIn one. It's read-only and can be refreshed from there |
| Our version | Your team's: you edit it, and every change or new CV creates a version without erasing the previous one |
The profile also has their contact info, tags, notes, the lists they're in and the job posts they've been through.
Tags, notes and lists
| What it is | What to know | |
|---|---|---|
| Tag | A mark on the person | It follows them to every job post, and you can filter by it |
| Label | A mark on the candidate in a single job post | You add it in the pipeline, not here |
| Note | Free text about the person | Only whoever wrote it can edit it |
| List | A group of talent put together by hand | It starts private. Shared, the whole team sees and uses it. Deleting it doesn't delete anyone |
To work with several people at once, tick their boxes: you add them to a list or a job post, tag them, find their contact info or export them.
Before removing someone
Remove from the pool takes everything your team knows about that person: notes, tags, CVs and versions. That's why it can't be done for someone who went through a job post. Merging two profiles of the same person can't be undone either. If you just want to stop contacting someone, mark them as Do not contact.
The CRM
It's your agency's sales funnel: the companies you sell to and the roles they ask you to fill. In the sidebar it has three sections: Pipeline, Requests and People.
The funnel
Each lead is a company. You create it with New lead: name, stage and source are enough. Then you drag it between stages, in the Kanban or List view.
The funnel comes with its stages, from Prospecting to Won or Lost, and you can add your own. Moving to Lost asks for a reason, and Won is final. When you drag a card, a bar appears to create a request, pause, mark as lost or archive.
Requests
A request is a role a client asks you to fill: the role, the openings, the salary and how the fee is charged. Reclee calculates the estimated value: salary × fee × openings.
To link a request to its job post, pick the client in the job post's settings, or when you create it, in Basic information.
People
They're each company's contacts: who decides and who the primary contact is. The primary contact carries over to new requests.
Activity
In the lead's profile, the Activity tab gathers the notes, calls, emails and meetings your team logs, and the stage changes, which are recorded automatically.
Import
Companies, people and requests are imported from a CSV, in Import / Export. The import doesn't detect duplicates: if something was already there, it gets created again.
To get started
Upload a batch of CVs you have saved: in a few minutes they're part of your talent pool.
