The list

At the top there's also the field to paste a LinkedIn, and Add talent:

With several people at once
When you select people, a bar shows up:

Almost everything that can be undone offers Undo in the notice.
Lists
A list groups people by hand. When you create it you choose whether it's private, only yours until you share it, or shared, for the whole team. From Manage you edit or delete it, and deleting it doesn't delete anyone. Only whoever created a list edits it.
A person's profile
It opens when you tap their name, beside the list.
