Hire, guarantee and replacement
The record that a candidate was hired, the guarantee period and what happens if the hire falls through.

What it is

What it's for
The hire is where what the agency bills and the guarantee period come from. The guarantee records the commitment to the client, so a departure within the period reopens the search on its own.

Why it works this way
A hire who leaves stays hired. They really were hired, and that doesn't change. What changes is that the position is open again.
The replacement isn't charged, because that's what the guarantee promises.
How it's calculated

| The hire's fee | The agreed salary, taken to yearly, × the fee. It starts with the company's default fee |
If the departure is after the period, it's recorded, but the guarantee doesn't activate.
