A request is a role a client asks you to fill. Here are the ones from every company in the CRM, with what each one is worth. Everyone sees it, and the Owner, Recruiters and Collaborators work it.

The list

PartWhat it has

The tableRole, company, contact, positions, salary, fee, estimated value, status, close date and job post. It starts sorted by value

StatusWhat it means
OpenThe client asked for it and it hasn't started yet
In courseIt's being searched
ClosedIt's over
CancelledThe client backed out

Open and in-course requests add to the funnel's value. You change the status from the row.

The estimated value

Reclee calculates it: the yearly salary times the fee times the positions. Since the salary is a range, so is the value. If the fee is a fixed amount, it's the amount times the positions.

Create a request

New request, here or from a company's profile, opens the form in three blocks:

BlockWhat it asks for
RequestThe company, the role they're looking for, the positions and the description. The contact is the company's primary one
CommercialThe salary range with its currency and period, and the fee, as a percentage or a fixed amount. It starts with the company's fee, and shows the estimated value as you type
Follow-upThe status and the estimated close date
ActionWhat it does
EditChanges the request's details
Delete requestWithout a job post, deletes it. With one, archives it, with Undo. Asks for confirmation
RestoreBrings back an archived request
Open in ATSOpens the request's job post

The request's job post

A request is linked to its job post from the job post: in the Client field, when creating it or in its settings. Each request goes with only one job post, and the job post doesn't close while the request is still open.

A request's profile

It shows the role, the company, the status and the positions, the contact, the fee, the estimated value, the salary, the estimated close and its job post. It has two tabs: Hires, with Activate guarantee for a hire that fell through, and Activity.
