Time to shortlist is how long the first candidate took to reach Shortlist, and time to hire, how long each hire took.

The roleWhat defines the job post: responsibilities, required and nice-to-have requirements, compensation, the company and the process agreed with the client. Edit the definition takes you to the settings
SummaryThe conversion, how many move from each stage to the next, and the sourcing runs. See the longlist opens the latest one
InstrumentsThe screening questions, the criteria and the conditions, together. Edit lets you change them right there, and Done saves them
NotesWhat the team writes about the job post, with replies. Each person edits and deletes their own

The open tab stays in the address, so a link to the job post opens the same tab.
