People
The contacts on the client side, from every company in your CRM.
Your clients' people: who decides, who coordinates the search and how to reach them. They're from every company in the CRM. Everyone sees them, and the Owner, Recruiters and Collaborators add them.
It isn't the talent pool: that's where candidates are, and this is the people at the companies you sell to.
The list
| Part | What it has |
|---|---|
| Search | By name or email |
| Filters | Name, company, the company's stage, title, email, phone, primary contact, whether they make the decision and which requests they're hiring manager for |
| View | Shows, hides and reorders columns |
| Import / Export | Imports people from a CSV or exports what you see |
| The table | Name, title, company, contact, requests, source and their company's last activity |
At the bottom, how many there are, from how many companies, and how many are hiring manager on some request. People from an archived company don't show up.
Actions
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| New person | Asks for a name and a company, plus title, email, phone, LinkedIn and notes. Marks whether they're the primary contact, who carries over to each new request from the company, and whether they make the decision |
| Edit | Changes their details |
| Delete person | Removes them from the company and the lists. Asks for confirmation and can't be undone |
| New request | Opens a request for their company |
The profile
Their details, whether they're primary or decision maker, their notes and the requests where they're hiring manager. A request's hiring manager is the company's primary contact. Activity lives on their company's profile, in the Funnel.
