Report and shortlist link

Each candidate's deliverable for the client, what it needs to be generated and the page where the client sees it.

Updated on October 1, 2026

In Spanish: Reporte and Link de shortlist.

What it is

What it is
ReportA candidate's deliverable for the client: the recommendation and why, the requirements they meet, their evaluation and the considerations
Shortlist linkA page for the client, with no account, with the candidates you present and each one's report

What it's for

The report is what the client reads to decide who to move forward with. The link is how you get it to them: you copy it, send it, and they see it without signing up.

Where you see it

Where
ReportThe candidate's Report tab, in the ATS, with Generate report
Shortlist linkThe Shortlist link section of the job post settings, or Share shortlist in the ATS
To generate the report you needWhere it's done
An interview with its transcriptThe Interviews tab
Every evaluation criterion scoredThe Evaluation tab
The considerations reviewed, each confirmed or dismissedThe Evaluation tab

When the client opens the link, the job post's subscribers get a notification. The step by step is in The client report.

What it gets mixed up with

Mixed up withThe difference
The shortlistIt's the pipeline stage. The shortlist link is the page that shows it to the client. See Longlist and shortlist
The evaluationIt's what your team writes, and it fills in over time. The report takes it when you generate it, and it's what the client sees
The careers pageIt's public and it's for applicants. The shortlist link is for your client, and only whoever has it gets in

Why it works this way

The report is built from what's already confirmed. Generating it doesn't use AI: it brings together what your team reviewed. Nobody makes up what the client reads at the last minute.

The client never sees the Match score. It's our inference about a profile, to rank the search. What the client sees are the requirements, verified, and your evaluation.

A link and not an account, so the client doesn't have to sign up for anything. That's why the link can be revoked at any time, and given an expiry date.
