ATS
A job post's pipeline in its three views, the candidate profile and everything you do with them.
A job post's candidates, by stage: where you move them, disqualify them, interview them, evaluate them and build their report. The ATS is free on every plan.
| Who | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner and Recruiter | Everything, including calculating the Match score, finding contact info and enriching a profile |
| Collaborator | Everything else: move, disqualify, interview, evaluate and generate the report |
| Viewer | View |
What the AI proposes spends AI usage: the plan's, if you have a seat, or team usage, if you're a Collaborator or the workspace is on Free.
At the top
| Part | What it has |
|---|---|
| The title | The job post and how many candidates it has. If sourcing is running, how many are on their way |
| The views | Pipeline, Table and Kanban. When you switch views, the filters stay |
| Share shortlist | Copies the shortlist link. If it doesn't exist yet, it takes you to the job post settings |
| Search | By name or headline. Ctrl+K or ⌘+K too |
| Filters | Source, label, score, latest feedback, disqualification reason, days in stage, scorecard, report, location, skills, language, email, phone and interviewer, among others |
The three views
| View | What it looks like |
|---|---|
| Pipeline | One tab per stage. On the left, the stage's list, split into To do, your move, and Waiting, on someone else or on a date. On the right, the selected candidate's profile |
| Table | Every candidate, with columns you pick and order from View. Show discarded and ineligible adds those who are out of the process |
| Kanban | One column per stage, with cards you drag from one to another. It only shows active candidates |
In Pipeline, the list sorts by Match score or newest, and See disqualified shows the ones in that stage who were left out. A candidate who spends more than 7 days in the same stage is flagged.
The stages are Sourced, Screening, the interview stages, Shortlist and Hired. The gear on the tabs opens Edit recruitment stages, where you add, rename or reorder the interview stages; the rest are fixed.
To work with several at once, select them: the bar at the bottom offers Move to, Labels and Discard, or Back to the process if they were already disqualified.
The candidate profile
At the top of the profile is their situation in the job post:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Stage | Moves them to another stage. To enter Shortlist they need the report generated |
| Advance to the next stage | Moves them to the next one. The A key too |
| Hire | When the next one is Hired: asks for salary, currency, period, fee, guarantee and start date |
| Disqualify | Asks for the reason, and a comment if you pick Other. If the candidate dropped out, pick Withdrew: they become Withdrawn and leave the metrics. The D key too |
| Back to the process | Returns them to the stage they were in. Asks for a comment |
| Label | Adds or removes labels. Manage labels edits the label list, which belongs to the whole workspace |
| Activate guarantee | For a hire who left: records the departure and, within the period, reopens the position |
With the arrows, or the J and K keys, you move to the next or previous candidate. The N key opens a note.
The tabs
| Tab | What it has |
|---|---|
| Profile | Their profile, with the switcher between LinkedIn, the workspace profile and their CV. Their contact info, with Find contact and Add by hand, their other applications, their tags and their notes. Enrich profile brings the full profile if it arrived summarized |
| Next steps | What's left with them, in order: screening, each interview, scorecard and report, with a button that takes you to each. Only in the Pipeline view |
| Compatibility | Their Match score, the coverage and the AI summary, with what to ask them. Each criterion with its result. Their screening answers, which you confirm or dismiss. If Reclee disqualified them on its own, the criterion and the evidence, with Override and return to pipeline |
| Interviews | Their interviews. New creates one, with name, type, stage, day and interviewer. In each one you generate questions, paste the transcript and generate the answers, and mark it as held |
| Evaluation | The scorecard: a score from 1 to 5 per evaluation criterion, with a comment, and the result at the top. Generate scores and comments proposes it from an interview, and Adopt accepts each proposal, or all of them together. Plus the recommendation rationale, which the client reads, and the considerations |
| Report | What's missing to generate it and Generate report, which builds a frozen version with what's already confirmed. See The client report |
| Activity | Their history in the job post, by stage and by day, and the team's comments. When you comment you pick the feedback: positive, neutral or negative |
The evaluation saves itself. What the AI proposes, in interviews and in the scorecard, stays marked until you confirm it.
A candidate's path from screening to the report is in Screening and interviews.
Adding candidates
Candidates arrive on their own from the longlist and from the careers page. By hand, you add them from the Talent pool or from a longlist, with Add to job post, and they enter the first stage.
