Settings

Your account, your preferences and your notifications, plus the workspace's team, plan and API keys.

Updated on October 1, 2026Who can do it: Owner · Recruiter · Collaborator · ViewerPlan: Free · Starter · Pro · Scale

Settings opens from the menu with your name, at the bottom of the sidebar. It has two groups: My account, which is only yours, and Workspace, which belongs to the whole team. Only the Owner sees Team and Billing.

Forms are saved with Save, which turns on when you change something. Reset undoes whatever you haven't saved.

Which notifications reach you and how. There's a row for each type, with two switches: Receive, in the bell, and By email. Everything starts on, and what you change applies in all your workspaces. What each one is about is in Notifications.

You can change the logo, but not remove it.

Team

Owners and Recruiters take a seat, which is what you pay for. Free and Starter allow up to 3; Pro has no limit. On a paid plan, adding a seat charges it right away. Collaborators and Viewers don't take a seat and are unlimited on every plan.

An invitation can't be resent: if it got lost, cancel it and invite again.
