Job posts
The list of your job posts, how to create one and the six steps of the wizard.
Every job post in the workspace, and where a new one is born. You get there from the sidebar: next to the job post group, the eye icon opens the list and the + creates a job post.
Everyone sees the list. The Owner, Recruiters and Collaborators create and edit.
The job post switcher
At the top of the job post group, in the sidebar, is the one you have open. Tap it to open the switcher: it shows your recent and active job posts, with a search by title. The entries below it, like Overview or Sourcing, always belong to the selected job post.
The list
| Part | What it has |
|---|---|
| Header | How many job posts there are and how many are active |
| Search | Searches by title. Ctrl+K or ⌘+K also opens it |
| Filters | Status, assignee, work mode, location, positions and without activity |
| View | Shows, hides and reorders columns. It's saved for you |
| The table | One job post per row, with its status, location, work mode and assignee. A draft shows which step it stopped at |
You sort the columns from their header.
| Action | What it does | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Tap a row | Opens the job post's Overview | Everyone |
| Create job post | Opens creation. The N key does too | Owner, Recruiter and Collaborator |
| Resume at step | Opens a draft at the step where it stopped | Owner, Recruiter and Collaborator |
| Edit job post | Opens its settings | Owner, Recruiter and Collaborator |
| Copy ID | Copies the job post's ID, for the API | Everyone |
| Delete | Deletes a draft. Asks for confirmation. A job post that was already activated isn't deleted: it's closed | Owner, Recruiter and Collaborator |
Create a job post
Creation starts with a question: how do you want to start?
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Paste the description and tap Analyze and create | Reclee reads the text, fills in everything it says and opens the wizard with it loaded. It doesn't activate anything. It spends AI usage |
| Fill in the six steps yourself | Opens an empty wizard |
The wizard
Six steps, full screen. It saves itself on every step: if you leave with Exit, the job post stays as a draft and you resume it from the list. Steps you've done can be reopened from the side, and under each one there are comments for the team.
| Step | What it asks for | With AI |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Basic information | Title, client, experience level, employment type, work mode, country, city, positions, start date and assignee | |
| 2 · Description | The role description, the responsibilities and how the company presents itself | Generate with AI, per block |
| 3 · Requirements | The required ones, the nice-to-haves and the screening questions | Generate from the description, which proposes and you accept or discard |
| 4 · Compensation | Currency, period, salary range, bonus, benefits and the other conditions | |
| 5 · Evaluation | The evaluation criteria, the recommendation threshold and the process stages | Generate by reading the job post |
| 6 · Review and activate | Everything together, with Edit on each part, and how it's published: on the careers page, with or without salary and client, in which language and when the Match score runs |
Activate the search makes the job post active and takes you to its Sourcing. First it asks for the description, the level, the employment type, the work mode and the country, plus the city if it isn't remote. If something's missing, it tells you what.
Every AI button spends AI usage. A Collaborator spends team usage, and someone with a seat spends the plan's usage.
The whole path, with the sourcing criteria and the first run, is in Your first longlist.
