Careers page

How your careers page looks, which job posts it publishes and what applicants see.

Updated on October 1, 2026Who can do it: Owner · Recruiter · Collaborator · ViewerPlan: Free · Starter · Pro · Scale

Your public page of open roles, where people apply. Here you set how it looks, the same for every job post. It's free on every plan and spends no AI.

Everyone sees it, and the Owner edits it. Everyone else sees the settings and the preview without being able to change them.

Which job posts show up isn't chosen here: each job post decides it in its settings, with Publish on the career site. Active and paused job posts that have it on are shown.

The settings

On the left, the settings in two tabs. On the right, the preview, which updates while you edit and jumps to the page where each change shows. Open the career site opens the real page.

TabSettingWhat it does
The shapeAddressYour page's subdomain, your-agency.reclee.com. It can be changed once every 30 days, asks for confirmation, and the old one keeps working for 12 months
Brand colorOne of the colors on the list, or your own in hex
TypefaceOne of the four fonts
LogoIt's the workspace's: change it in Settings
The textsList headerThe title and description at the top
How to reach usThe email, the website, the social networks and the privacy policy

Changes are saved with Save changes, and if you leave without saving, it warns you. The preview uses sample roles, not your job posts.

What applicants see

PageWhat it shows
The listYour published roles, newest first, with a search and filters by work mode, employment type and level. Each one shows the client, or Confidential client, and whether it's paused. At the bottom, Leave my CV
The roleThe full job post: the role, what you'll do, the requirements, each one as required or nice to have, and the company. On the side, the details, the salary range if you show it and Apply to this role
The formName, email, CV, recommended LinkedIn, the job post's screening questions, all required, and the consent to keep their CV
SentThe confirmation, with your sent page text

A paused role stays visible, but takes no applications. Leave my CV is the same form with no role and no questions: the person enters your talent pool without applying to anything.

Applicants go straight to Screening, and Reclee scores them against the sourcing criteria. If an answer fails a must-have question, they're disqualified. See What is Reclee.
