Plans and trial
Free, Starter and Pro, what each one comes with, the 14-day trial and what happens when you change plans.
In Spanish: Free, Starter, Pro and Prueba. The subscription (suscripción) is the workspace's plan, with its status.
What it is

The price is per recruiter, monthly or yearly, and it's in Billing. Collaborators and Viewers don't pay on any plan.
What it's for
Paying for what you use. Free is enough to work the searches you already have; Starter and Pro, to go out and find candidates with AI.
Where you see it
In Billing, which only the Owner sees: the plan, its status, the next charge and how much of the month has been used.

Why it works this way
The trial is a status, not a plan. It's Starter, for 14 days. When it ends, the workspace moves to Free and doesn't shut down: your job posts, your candidates and your CRM are still there.
The ATS and the CRM are always free. What costs is searching with AI and bringing in contact info, and that's what's charged.
The Owner starts the trial, from Billing, because they're the one who decides the workspace's plan.
How it's calculated

The yearly plan costs less than twelve months of the monthly one.
