Funnel
Your CRM's companies by stage, in kanban or as a list, and each one's profile.
The first CRM entry: the companies you sell to, each one as a lead, by stage. The CRM is free on every plan. Everyone sees it, and the Owner, Recruiters and Collaborators work it. How to set it up the first time is in Your talent pool and your CRM.
At the top
| Part | What it has |
|---|---|
| The views | Kanban and List. When you switch, the filters stay |
| New lead | Creates a company. The N key too |
| Filters | Company, stage, source, country, contact, estimated value, open requests, days without activity, days in stage, fee and archived |
| Stages | Which stages you see. It's only for you, in that session |
| Import / Export | In the List view: imports companies from a CSV or exports what you see |
The stages
The funnel comes with its stages: Prospecting, Qualified, Meeting, In progress and Won visible, and Lost and Paused hidden. You reorder the columns by dragging them, for the whole workspace.
Won is final: a won lead doesn't move anymore, and what follows happens in its requests. Moving to Lost asks for the reason.
The kanban
One column per stage, with how many companies it has and what their requests add up to. Each card shows the name, the source, the estimated value, the open requests, the primary contact and the days in stage, which get highlighted from 10 on.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Drag a card | Moves it to another stage, and it's logged in its activity |
| The bar while dragging | Offers New request and Archive. Archive offers Undo |
| Open | Opens the company's profile |
| New request | Opens a request for that company |
| Delete company | If it never had a job post, deletes it with its people, requests and activity. If it did, archives it. Asks for confirmation |
The list
The companies in rows, with their stage, requests, estimated value, source, country, contact and last activity. It sorts by any column, and you change the stage from the row. At the bottom, how many there are and what they add up to.
When you select several, you can archive, restore or export them. Archiving in bulk deletes the ones that never had a job post.
A company's profile
| Part | What it has |
|---|---|
| Top | The name, the stage, the website and LinkedIn, the days in stage and the description. Edit changes its details |
| Details | Industry, size, country, language, time zone, source and creation date |
| Three numbers | The pipeline value, the open requests and the default fee |
| Requests | Its requests, with their status and their job post |
| People | Its contacts. The primary one carries over to each new request |
| Activity | Notes, calls, emails and meetings, and the stage changes. You can tie an entry to a request |
An archived company doesn't show in the funnel or the lists. Restore brings it back, without its requests.
